1. Eligibility and platform rules

You must meet the age and account requirements of the Meta platform and the app's store listing and have authority to agree to these terms. If applicable law requires a parent's or guardian's agreement, obtain it before use. Meta's terms and applicable store license terms also apply to the Quest app.

2. Permission to use the software

Subject to these terms and applicable store license rights, NahomPromotion grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use Prism Desktop for lawful desktop and VR streaming on devices you own or are authorized to use. The software and website are licensed for use, not sold as an assignment of intellectual property. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use only content, computers, networks, and accounts you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for permissions and licenses for games, applications, and media you stream.
• Do not use the software for unlawful access, surveillance without authorization, abuse, malware distribution, or infringement of another person's rights.
• Do not bypass ownership checks or other access controls, redistribute unauthorized copies, or misrepresent affiliation with NahomPromotion. Restrictions do not limit rights expressly granted by applicable law or an open-source license.
• Keep your PC, headset, network, and pairing credentials secure. Check what your desktop displays before streaming or sharing screenshots and logs.

4. Setup, compatibility, and VR safety

Prism Desktop requires compatible headset and PC hardware, software, and network connectivity. Performance depends on your equipment, drivers, applications, and network conditions; a particular resolution, refresh rate, latency, or compatibility result is not guaranteed.

Follow your headset manufacturer's safety guidance, maintain a clear play area, and stop use if you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or other symptoms. Do not use VR while driving or operating equipment that requires your attention.

5. Updates and availability

Updates may be offered to fix issues, improve compatibility, or change features. Download updates through official channels. Features described as planned or experimental are not promises of future delivery. We may change or discontinue features or services subject to applicable law, platform obligations, and any rights associated with your purchase.

6. Purchases, refunds, and external services

Where you acquire Prism Desktop through Meta, purchase, payment, and refund handling are governed by Meta's applicable store policies and your statutory rights. Games, internet access, and third-party services may have separate charges and terms. Meta, Google/YouTube, Dropbox, and other external services are operated by their respective providers.

7. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains processing of streaming data, diagnostics, website requests, and support messages. Setup help and contact details are on the Support page. Support does not require you to share passwords or pairing PINs.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To that same extent, NahomPromotion is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use, such as lost profits or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or injury where applicable law prohibits limitation.

9. Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop using and uninstall Prism Desktop at any time. Permission to use the software may end for a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law and store license rights. Revised terms will be published here with an updated date; material changes will be communicated where required. Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you remain in effect.
